Cancellation policies

Prepaid cancellation policy: Prepaid reservations will be charged the total amount at the time of booking and are fully non-refundable. No cancellations or amendments to the reservation are permitted. Please note that a 1.3% surcharge applies for any payments made by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Card.

Reservations of 6 rooms or more are considered a group and will be subject to group deposit and cancellation terms. Please contact the hotel directly for a group quote.
